First Few Days of My Whole30

Here are some meals from the first few days of my Whole30.


I don’t usually have time to sit down for breakfast before work, so this has become a habit. Two fresh pastured eggs, smoked salmon, and avocado in a mug to eat on the road.


Chicken Sausage, Half Yam, Steamed Broccoli, Half Avocado


My boyfriend wanted chicken soft tacos. I made rice and beans and shredded the cheese, but didn’t eat any of it. This was my plate: Grilled Peppers and Onions, Shredded Chicken Breast (with delicious paleo spice rub), Avocado, Tomatoes, and a few Olives.

Fresh Pastured Eggs, Half Yam, Leftover Kale Chips, Sautéed Spinach, 1 strip nitrate-free Bacon.
