Day 7!

It’s Day 7. I stayed up way too late last night prepping all my food for today, because I knew I wouldn’t get home until late. I woke up very groggy this morning, BUT so happy I planned ahead. I went to two hour-long classes at the local 24 Hour Fitness and felt great through the entire day.

Breakfast was 1 hard boiled pastured egg, 1 strip of nitrate-free bacon, cooked bell peppers, and a paleo-friendly chicken sausage. In a to-go mug of course!


Breakfast: Day 7 Whole30

Mid-Morning Snack was some organic red leaf lettuce, uncured prosciutto, and organic cantaloupe with some extra virgin olive oil drizzled on top. This was a treat and I kind of felt ridiculous eating this at work. Ridiculously awesome!

Lunch was chicken breast, mashed sweet potatoes, and brussel sprouts. Again, with a little extra virgin olive oil.

I didn’t get a photo of my afternoon snack, but it was another paleo-friendly chicken sausage and some Trader Joe’s Go-Raw trail mix.

Went to Spin class and BodyPump tonight. Felt really good!


Dinner, as I type all of this was chicken breast, half an organic yam, some olives, zucchini, and roasted seaweed.


Whew! I am dead tired, but feel really good. 🙂
