Day 15: Whole30

It’s DAY 15 and I’ve made it half way!

There was a huge platter of Costco muffins sitting out this morning at work along with a birthday celebration with cake and ice cream. No temptations!

Breakfast:
No photo, but similar to yesterday: Paleo-friendly chicken sausage, hard boiled egg, half avocado, and sautéed spinach and kale (with bacon grease, of course).

Lunch:
Big salad: green leaf lettuce, broccoli, hard boiled egg, half avocado, walnuts, and a Roma tomato.

Dinner:
Grilled steak and grilled veggies. I only ate half this steak. Leftovers!

I received two Paleo cookbooks today! So happy with the purchases. “Make It Paleo” and “OMG, That’s Paleo.” Flipped through them both and there’s a lot to try!
