Day 16 – Whole30

Day 16

Crazy day at work and 2 hours at the gym. I’m exhausted. Going to keep this brief!

Breakfast:
HUGE meal of leftover steak, sautéed kale and spinach, Brussels sprouts, half avocado, some extra virgin olive oil. Also had a side of berries and pistachios. So delicious and I took time to eat at home. Food does taste better when you sit down and eat with no distractions.

Lunch:
Salad of green leaf lettuce, half avocado, chicken breast, broccoli, walnuts.

Dinner:
Another salad of green leaf lettuce, some extra virgin olive oil, Paleo-friendly chicken sausage, some mashed sweet potatoes, and a slice of uncured prosciutto (cuz why not?).
