Day 27 – Whole30

I’ve been pretty busy lately and haven’t been updating this as much. Plus, I find that it’s not as exciting taking photos when I eat similar things every day.

Here are some meals I’ve had over the past few days.


Roasted Chicken, Avocado, Sweet Potato

I’m finding that I’m not so worried about measuring and how many calories I’m consuming, because I eat when I’m hungry and that’s it. Haven’t weighed myself, but my clothes are hanging.

I don’t think I’ll be as restrictive after my 30 days, but I definitely want to stick with paleo. It’ll just be nice to incorporate things like almond flour and honey occasionally.

Just loving how I feel!
