Day 6: Lunch + Dinner

4 Nov

Lunch:

A stuffed bell pepper filled with venison, ground pork, bacon, onions, parsley, garlic, celery, and peppers with a side salad. The stuffed bell pepper recipe was courtesy of Paleo Comfort Foods

Dinner:

Leftover dinner from Friday night: marinated chicken on a plantain tostada with ranchero sauce. Recipe here. Unfortunately the tostada didn’t turn out so well. Tasted great, but didn’t have the texture I was hoping for.
