Day 11: Donuts Make Me Go Nuts

Been super grumpy the past couple days at work. Think I need to eat a bit more. The other day I had a 2 1/2 hour meeting at work and the entire time I was sitting in front of a box of donuts. Seriously almost lost my mind smelling the sugar and watching others slowly indulge. 

Here are some meals from the past couple days. 

Day 9 Breakfast: Egg, chicken sausage, and mix of venison, ground pork, peppers, onions, celery.

Day 9 Lunch: Salad with marinated chicken, Romanesco sauce, guacamole, grape tomatoes. I know the photo doesn’t look pretty, but it tasted good!

Day 9 Dinner: Chicken tacos wrapped in butter lettuce and a half sweet potato. No photo.

Day 10 Breakfast: Eggs, lox, and sautéed kale and mushrooms.

Day 10 Lunch: Stuffed bell pepper (venison, ground pork, bacon, onions, celery, parsley), green beans with almonds, and grape tomatoes.

Day 10 Dinner: Roasted chicken and steamed broccoli.

Day 11 Breakfast: Mix of venison, ground pork, peppers, onions, celery. Side slice of pumpkin bread and coffee with coconut cream. Hello weekend! The pumpkin bread recipe is courtesy of Comfy Belly. I used the recipe with the banana and I added some raisins, which taste delicious and add some sweetness since I didn’t add all of the honey the recipe called for.

Speaking of the weekend, I use this sleep tracker app called Sleep Cycle and last night I logged a 99%. That has never happened. So good.
